                            To our beloved president of Jose Rizal Memorial State University, Dr. Daylinda Luz R. Laput, to our ever young with the heart dean, Dr. Elenita M. Reyna, to our supportive teachers and staff, and to our family, most specially our parents, friends and fellow students, a pleasant morning everyone. College life is the most challenging part of studying in every student's life. Their are lots of requirements needed to be pass and deadlines to meet. But we surpass all of those challenges in life. And now, here we are gathered together in this function hall and ready to graduate. We work hard to get this point, but we didn't do it by ourselves. We owe this to the ever understanding and caring people. To our dean of college of education, to our teachers and staff, and lastly to our parents. Thank you my dear parents for giving me chance to study in this respected school. I know you work hard just to support my needs. Thank you for telling me what I'm capable of. For giving me the support that I needed to build a dream to chase after. Thank you for believing that I have the talent to reach my goals. And for making me realize that I'm worth everything in this world. I feel so honored and blessed to have you as my parents, and want to express my gratitude for your care and support over the years. Thank you for instilling me with a strong passion for learning and for doing everything possible to put me on the path to greatness. I will never forget the important values you have passed down to me—particularly perseverance and honesty. Words cannot describe how important you are to me. Despite your tight budget, you never complained about the cost of my education. Nonetheless, I know how much you sacrificed for me. Today, I feel so honored to be graduating from Jose Rizal Memorial State University. This achievement would not have been possible without your support—both emotional and financial. There are no better words to use today than "thank you," Mom and Dad. You have given me the greatest gift of all: an education, the best legacy that parents can pass on to their child. Thank you so much for believing in me. You are the best parents in the world, and I owe my success to you.

                             Thank you  for everything and you deserve a round of applause. For you are the instruments of our success. As we can see, behind each graduating students there must have been a lot of people providing support just to come up here. The best way to our gratitude is to make the most of the opportunity we've been given, and ready for our future. Again, to those who made a difference in our lives, we say an infinite thanks to you. There are distractions in many way

And I encounter it everyday

Every now and then I always pray

That I could surpass it anyway

Cause I am strong as a tree

Brave as a hero

And there's nothing to be afraid of

for God is always with me along the way

It is perfectly possible to fulfill what I wanted to be

As long as there is someone who is always with me

Whom I could hold my hands, with and to light my way

                           How to Cook Fried Chicken 

             Philippines had so many traditions and beliefs in every aspect of life. Filipino people have different kinds of techniques and skills. They live once a peaceful life until one day, it changes. Philippines was being colonized and so many traditions, techniques were being acquired by the Filipinos. Generation to generations, it has been passed until now. One of the skills they acquired is cooking in different manner though they have their own skills in cooking. They have been influenced by north, west, east and south countries. It evolves from time to time. One of these is cooking a so called "Fried Chicken".

      

             In cooking fried chicken, you have to prepare the following; One kilo of chicken legs, palm oil or olive oil and fried chicken powder. Wash the chicken legs and boil it in five minutes. After that, put the fried chicken powder in the chicken legs and mix it well, Prepare the frying pan and pour the oil, wait until it will warm and finally fry the chicken until it becomes golden brown. And finally it is ready to eat.

            Fried chicken is one of the main recipes that were enjoyed most by the children and family bonding. It is very affordable and very easy to cook. There are so many recipes that Filipinos were being acquired. Cooking is mainly one of the most important factor in human races. It will continuously evolve from time to time.

                          Effects of taking Studies Seriously

                   Making homework,  projects and other school requirements. These are the things to be done by the students who take the studies seriously. They are giving a lot of attention, time, efforts and energy by reading, memorizing facts and attending school everyday. They don't waste their time by spending it with friends going out and having fun. Instead, they are studying their lessons. They are also active and grade conscious because they don't want to have a low or failing grades.

                  Many students are taking their studies seriously and the reason behind it is, they don't want to experience the hardship that they encounter now because of poverty. There are also students who take their studies seriously because they are inspired by someone. Another reason is because they have dreams and ambitions in life. For this reason, the result of taking their studies seriously is, in the future they will become what they wanted to be and their dreams and ambitions will come true.Their sacrifices will be paid off and their parents will be happy and proud as well as themselves.

                 For those students who are not taking their studies seriously yet, you still have chance and time to change and begin taking your studies seriously before its too late and while you are still studying. Because life is too short and you can't bring back the things, so start doing right and make things that is worth before you regret it. "What you can do for tomorrow, why not do it today".

                Online Education Vs. Traditional Education

         Disabled person, business man/woman and all people through out the world are example of people who can study or avail in online education. While the traditional education is only for those people who can go to school everyday or regularly. In terms of materials and equipment the online education uses technologies just like laptop and computer, where the 21st century learner are more engage. On the other side, the traditional education uses materials such us charts and textbooks in learning.

        Many people now a days are enrolled in online education specially to those who are disabled person, despite of their disabilities the can still acquire education and also to those who are business men, even though the manage a business they can still acquire education. There's no need for theme to go to school everyday, because they can open access to education and training through this online education at home. The discussion of this kind of education is through wed conferencing, video conferencing and live streaming, this can be done by the use of internet connection. In the other hand, the traditional education is for those people who can go to school everyday, it is face-to-face learning and the teachers are using textbooks in teaching. The teacher and the students have a schedules to be followed.

        Online education and traditional education are both acquire education to everyone, but for this generation online education is the most effective and it fits to the learners because we are now a technology based learning. Many years will pass maybe there's no need for a teacher to teach the students, because the learner can already acquire education with the use of internet access. The computer will be the one who provide information or knowledge for the students.

                                   The Healthiest Woman

                    

              Big, fat, chubby and energized woman. These are what they called healthy person. What about those slim, sexy and thin? Are they not belong to the healthy one? How can we know if that person is healthy?

                There are lots of people who are confused on how to identify the healthy woman. Because there are woman who are fat, big, and chubby but we cannot tell if they are really healthy, because some of them are not healthy. There are also a lot of woman who are slim, sexy and thin but we cannot tell if they are really healthy because most of them are not healthy. A healthy woman are those woman who are not just physically healthy but also emotionally, mentally and spiritually healthy. They are the one who can think actively, flexible, open-minded and most of all is openhearted. Healthy woman are considered also as a strong woman, because if you are a healthy person you can survive in everyday struggle. Healthy woman also includes healthy eating and healthy diet. A woman is always have a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.

               Whether you are fat, chubby, and big or slim, sexy and thin it doesn't matter because being a healthy is not just on physical but also in all aspect of life. As far as I remember, when I was young when I can see fat, chubby and big woman I can directly say that they are healthy people without knowing the true or real meaning of being healthy.
